Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

During periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Delivery: 5–8 Business Days

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

We proudly offer:

✔ FREE Standard Shipping on all UK orders.

No minimum purchase is required unless otherwise stated during promotional campaigns.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.


Delivery Delays

Although we work closely with our shipping partners, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather
  • Customs inspections
  • Courier delays
  • Public holidays
  • Peak shopping periods
  • Incorrect shipping information

ROVA is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • Please contact us immediately.
  • If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the address.
  • Once shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes will be possible.

ROVA is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

We will work with the courier to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.


Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, any return shipping costs charged by the courier may be deducted from the final refund where permitted by law.


Customs & Import Charges

Orders shipped within the United Kingdom are not subject to additional customs or import duties.

If shipping destinations are expanded internationally in the future, customers may be responsible for any applicable customs fees, taxes or import duties imposed by their local authorities.


Delivery Confirmation

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

If you believe your parcel has been delivered incorrectly, please contact us promptly so we can assist in opening an investigation.
